Cape town time

Cape town time In recent years, Cape Town has also shown the world that they can party. Long Street must be the most popular street for having a good night out. There are many Long Street restaurants and cafes located here where you will find some of the best Cape Town cocktails. During the evening you can have a great time here spending time talking to friends and meeting new people. But when the night sets in the scenery in Long Street changes – night clubs open up and the music starts pumping. These places are normally open until the early hours of the morning and many taxis are around to safely drive you back to your home or apartment.

Kloof Street is situated very near to Long Street. Here you will find many restaurants, bars and cafes. If you are looking for a quiet and chilled night out just having a good night out with friends without noise from night clubs then this is the place to be.The suburb of De Waterkant is also well known for its party scene. New clubs are always opening here becoming more luxurious and exclusive. Several gay clubs and bars have opened here as well – making De Waterkant a hub spot for gay tourism in Cape Town.

Camps Bay is one of Cape Town’s more affluent suburbs and the night clubs in this area reflect that as well. They are all situated a few metres away from the beach near the promenade. Here you can enjoy some cocktails or other drinks and watch the sun set over the ocean. As the night draws in, the music gets louder and people start dancing. This is an area for beautiful people with lots of money having a good time. Everyone is welcome as long as you are willing to pay the cover charge.Claremont also has a large party-scene due to the close proximity to the University of Cape Town. It is the preferred party location for many of the students and you will find many drink specials at these clubs. Over the recent years many new clubs have opened up due to the increasing demand of the party people in this area.Stellenbosch is a student town due to the University of Stellenbosch. All the clubs are located very close together and most do not charge any cover. Drinks are also much cheaper than at any club in Cape Town. Afrikaans is mostly spoken in this area. All of these areas are great for enjoying an awesome time out with friends and loved ones. Hope it helps!
